THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE STORAGE OF MATERIALS, PARKING OF VEHICLES, AND RESTRICTIONS OF WORK WITH ARCHITECT AFTER PROJECT COMPLETION, THE SITE SHALL BE CLEANED UP TO ITS CONDITION PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PROJECT TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER. 9.THE SEQUENCE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE SCHEDULED AND COORDINATED WITH THE THE SEQUENCE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE SCHEDULED AND COORDINATED WITH THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER. 10.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD VERIFICATION OF EXISTING CONDITIONS, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD VERIFICATION OF EXISTING CONDITIONS, AND SHALL PERFORM FIELD MEASUREMENTS PRIOR TO FABRICATION AND/OR PURCHASE OF ANY MATERIAL AND SHALL CONTACT THE ENGINEER SHOULD EXISTING CONDITIONS BE DIFFERENT FROM THE DESIGN DRAWINGS FOR THIS PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR MUST EXPLORE AND RESEARCH THE SITUATION AND PROVIDE EVIDENCE TO THE OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE THAT THE EXISTING PIPE IS ABANDONED. 5.2. WEEKLY INSPECTION5.2.1. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING AN INSPECTION OF ALL ECDs AND BMPs EVERY SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS

2.1. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CARE/REPLACEMENT OF ANY DAMAGED VEGETATION BY A COMPETENT PERSON/COMPANY ATHIS SOLE EXPENSE FOR A TIME PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN ONE-YEAR (1-YEAR).

AND RELATED INFORMATION FOR COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.

2. SOLID WASTE2.1. THE CONTRACTOR IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SOLID WASTE FROM CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES AND WILL BE HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO

HANDLE, COLLECT, AND DISPOSE OF THE MATERIALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.2.2. SOLID WASTE SHALL BE PLACED IN CONTAINERS THAT ARE APPROPRIATE AND IN GOOD CONDITION FOR THE TYPE OF WASTE.

2.2.1. CONTAINERS SHALL BE FREE OF GRAFFITI.2.2.1. WASTE SHALL NOT BE PLACED IN THE CONTAINER ABOVE THE RIM.

3. SANITARY FACILITIES3.1. ADEQUATE SANITARY FACILITIES FOR WORKERS SHALL BE SUPPLIED AND MAINTAINED ON-SITE THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE

PROJECT.3.2. LOCATION OF FACILITIES SHALL PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF SOIL, SURFACE WATER, AND/OR GROUNDWATER.3.3. PORTABLE UNITS

3.3.1. AT A MINIMUM OF ONCE PER WEEK THE SANITARY WASTE SHALL BE COLLECTED AND DISPOSED OF IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL, STATE,AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.

3.3.2. SHALL BE SECURED IN A MANNER THAT WILL PREVENT TIPPING OR SPILLING OF THE WASTE MATERIALS.3.4. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING ANY SPILLAGE OF WASTE MATERIAL IMMEDIATELY AND DISPOSING THE MATERIAL IN

ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.4. WASHING AREAS

4.1. AREAS FOR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT TO BE WASHED AT SHALL BE DESIGNATED BY THE CONTRACTOR AT LOCATIONS OR DEVICES SUCHTHAT THE WASH WATER WILL EVAPORATE OR HAULED OFF-SITE SO THAT ANY SOLIDS AND CONTAMINANTS CAN BE DISPOSED OF INACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.

4.2. SHALL BE LOCATED SUCH THAT ANY RUNOFF WILL NOT FLOW INTO DRAINAGE WAYS, WATER BODIES, OR ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVEAREAS.

4.3. CONCRETE TRUCK AND EQUIPMENT WASH LOCATIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE CONTRACTOR.4.4. IF THIS SET OF DRAWINGS INDICATE AN LOCATION IT IS FOR REFERENCE ONLY AND CAN BE MOVED BY THE CONTRACTOR AT ANYTIME.

5. PREVENTING AND LIMITING DUST AND WIND TRANSPORTED MATERIALS5.1. THE AMOUNT OF DUST AND WIND TRANSPORTED MATERIALS ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE SHALL BE LIMITED AND PREVENTED FROM OCCURRING

DURING AND AFTER WORKING HOURS EACH DAY (WORKING OR NON-WORKING) THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT.5.1.1. AT ANYTIME THAT THE AMOUNT OF DUST OR WIND TRANSPORTED MATERIALS CAUSES SAFETY HAZARDS ON-SITE OR OFF-SITE THE

CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY TAKE ANY AND ALL MEASURES TO CONTROL THE DUST OR MATERIALS.5.2. PHASING OF WORK ON THE SITE AND THE USE OF WATER, TEMPORARY COVER, AND/OR DUST CONTROL AGENTS SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED BY

THE CONTRACTOR.6. EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

6.1. ALL EQUIPMENT ON-SITE SHALL BE PROPERLY MAINTAINED TO PREVENT POLLUTION OF THE PROJECT SITE.6.2. EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE ON-SITE SHALL BE AT LOCATIONS THAT WILL PREVENT CONTAMINANTS FROM POLLUTING THE SITE AND

ENTERING INTO DRAINAGE WAYS, WATER BODIES, OR ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE AREAS.6.3. EQUIPMENT REPAIR SHALL NOT BE PERFORMED ON-SITE UNLESS APPROVED BY THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE AND IN SUCH CASE THE

7. CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, CHEMICALS, AND FLUIDS7.1. GENERAL

7.1.1. THE AMOUNT AND TYPES OF MATERIALS, CHEMICALS, AND FLUIDS AT THE PROJECT SITE SHALL BE LIMITED TO WHAT IS REQUIRED TOPERFORM THE WORK.

7.1.2. IT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR FOR COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION(OSHA) HAZARD COMMUNICATION STANDARD (HCS) THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT.

7.1.3. STORAGE OF ALL CHEMICALS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDATIONS, AND LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERALREGULATIONS AND FACILITIES SHALL BE SECURED WHEN PERSONNEL ARE NOT PRESENT.

7.1.4. STORAGE OF CHEMICALS AND METHODS SHALL PREVENT CHEMICALS FROM POLLUTING THE SURFACE, WATER BODIES, GROUNDWATER,OR ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE AREAS.

7.1.5. DISPOSAL OF MATERIALS, CHEMICALS, AND FLUIDS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDATIONS AND LOCAL,STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.

7.2. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AND WASTES7.2.1. MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS (MSDS's) SHALL BE POSTED AND ACCESSIBLE ON-SITE AT ALL TIMES FOR EACH SUBSTANCE WITH

HAZARDOUS PROPERTIES THAT IS BEING USED DURING CONSTRUCTION.7.2.2. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRAINING OF PERSONNEL ON THE PROPER HANDLING AND DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS

MATERIALS AND WASTES IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDATIONS, MSDS, AND LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERALREGULATIONS.

7.3. SPILLAGE OF HAZARDOUS LIQUIDS7.3.1. MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SPILL CLEANUP SHALL BE POSTED ON-SITE AT THE LOCATION OF THE MATERIAL SAFETY

DATA SHEETS (MSDS).7.3.1.1. ALL PERSONNEL SHALL KNOW THE LOCATION OF THIS INFORMATION.

7.3.2. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR SPILL CONTAINMENT SHALL BE KEPT ON-SITE AND ANY REQUIRED CLEANUP MATERIALS SHALL BEOBTAINED AND PROVIDED TO THE SITE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

7.3.3. IMMEDIATE CONTAINMENT AND CLEANUP OF ANY SPILLS SHALL BE COMPLETED BY THE CONTRACTOR IN ACCORDANCE WITHMANUFACTURER RECOMMENDATIONS, MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET'S (MSDS), AND ANY LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS.

7.3.3.1. ANY SPILLS THAT ENTER DRAINAGE AREAS, WATERWAYS, WATER BODIES, AND/OR ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE AREA(S) WILLREQUIRE THE CONTRACTOR TO SOLELY NOTIFY ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION AND OBTAIN ANYREQUIRED APPROVALS FOR THE CLEANUP AND RESTORATION OF THE AREA AS REQUIRED BY THE ENTITY.

7.3.3.1.1. CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE APPROVALS FOR THE REMEDY AND APPROVAL THAT THE REMEDY IS COMPLETEPRIOR TO FINAL PAYMENT OF ANY RETAINAGE FOR THE PROJECT IS RELEASED.

7.3.4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT ANY SPILLS AND PROVIDE THE PROCESS FOR CLEANUP.7.4. FUEL

7.4.1. FUEL CONTAINERS AND DISPENSING EQUIPMENT SHALL BE FREE OF DAMAGE THAT POSSIBLY COULD COMPROMISE CONTAINMENT.7.4.2. CONTAINERS AND DISPENSING EQUIPMENT SHALL MEET LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.7.4.3. 8. DEMOLITION AREAS8.1. DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES WILL REQUIRE THE CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE DUST CONTROL.8.2. ANY LIQUIDS FROM DUST CONTROL SHALL BE KEPT ON-SITE AND NOT ALLOWED TO FLOW DIRECTLY INTO DRAINAGE WAYS, WATER BODIES,
