Strategic planning is a systematic process of envisioning a desired future and translating this vision into broadly defined goals or objectives in a sequence of steps to achieve them.
A process of decisions made by an organization to set goals and to outline a course of actions to achieve those goals to grow the business and to help the business profitable
STEP 1. Get everyone on board
Make a list of stockholdersWhy are they important?What do they have at stake?Which ones should be involved?Which ones can you actually work with?
