certificate, & WD&CE offerings (ongoing)• Mapped to State and County Economic

Career Cluster Advisory Boards• Pilot program with the County’s Bioscience

and Biomedical Advisory Board• Historic programmatic, occupational, and

• MHEC Curriculum Actions (Diagnostic Medical Sonography)

• Middle Skills Jobs analysis (gap between completers and openings)

• Targeted industry environmental scans (part of MC 2020 Strategic Plan)

• Make it public and well-defined• County + Regional for all data types• Growth v. Replacements v. Openings• Data organization – tell the story (example

– Hotel Motel Management, Fairfax County v. Montgomery County)

• Multiple growth models (best/worst case)• Demonstrate alignment/explain differences
