Remote Neural Monitoring : A TechnologyUsed For Controlling Human Brain

HAVE you ever thought about something you never shared with anyone, and havebeen horror-struck at the mere thought of someone coming to know about yourlittle secret? If you have, then you probably have all the more reason to beparanoid now thanks to new and improved security systems being developedaround the world to deal with terrorism that inadvertently end up impinging onone's privacy.

Some of the countries involved in such programmes include USA, UK, Spain,Germany and France. Recently, the National Security Agency (NSA) of the UShas developed a very efficient method of controlling the human brain. Thistechnology is called Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and is expected torevolutionise crime detection and investigation.

What is it?

RNM works remotely to control thebrain in order to read and detect anycriminal thought taking place insidethe mind of a possible perpetrator.Research studies have shown thatthe human brain thinks at a rate ofabout 5000 bits per second anddoes not have the capacity tocompete with supercomputersperforming via satellites, implantsand biotelemetry. The human brainhas a distinctive set of bioelectricresonance system. For the RNMsystem, supercomputers are beingused and, thus, with its help,supercomputers can send messagesthrough an implanted person'snervous system in order to influencetheir performance in a desired way.

RNM has been developed after about 50 years of neuro-electromagneticinvoluntary human experimentations. According to many scientists, within a fewyears it is expected that DNA microchips will be implanted in the human brainwhich would make it inherently controllable. With RNM, it will be possible to readand control a person's emotional thought processes along with the subconsciousand dreams. At present, around the world, supercomputers are monitoringmillions of people simultaneously with the speed of 20 billion bits per secondespecially in countries like USA, Japan, Israel and many European countries.

RNM has a set of certain programs functioning at different levels, like the signalsintelligence system which uses electromagnetic frequencies (EMF), to stimulatethe brain for RNM and the electronic brain link (EBL). The EMF Brain Stimulationsystem has been designed as radiation intelligence which means receivinginformation from inadvertently originated electromagnetic waves in theenvironment. However, it is not related to radioactivity or nuclear detonation. Therecording machines in the signals intelligence system have electronic equipmentthat investigate electrical activity in humans from a distance. This computer-generated brain mapping can constantly monitor all electrical activities in thebrain. The recording aid system decodes individual brain maps for securitypurposes.

What does it do?

For purposes of electronicevaluation, electrical activity in thespeech centre of the brain can betranslated in to the subject's verbalthoughts. RNM can send encodedsignals to the auditory cortex of thebrain directly bypassing the ear. Thisencoding helps in detecting audiocommunication. It can also performelectrical mapping of the brain'sactivity from the visual centre of thebrain, which it does by bypassing theeyes and optic nerves, thusprojecting images from the subject's brain onto a video monitor. With this visualand audio memory, both can be visualised and analysed. This system can,remotely and non-invasively, detect information by digitally decoding the evokedpotentials in 30-50Hz, 5 millwatt electromagnetic emissions from the brain. Thenerves produce a shifting electrical pattern with a shifting magnetic flux which thenputs on a constant amount of electromagnetic waves. There are spikes andpatterns which are called evoked potentials in the electromagnetic emission fromthe brain. The interesting part about this is that the entire exercise is carried outwithout any physical contact with the subject.

The EMF emissions from the brain can be decoded into current thoughts, imagesand sounds in the subject's brain. It sends complicated codes andelectromagnetic pulse signals to activate evoked potentials inside the brain, thusgenerating sounds and visual images in the neural circuits. With its speech,auditory and visual communication systems, RNM allows for a complete audio-visual brain to brain link or a brain-to-computer link.

Of course, the mechanism needs to decode the resonance frequency of eachspecific site to modulate the insertion of information in that specific location of thebrain. RNM can also detect hearing via electromagnetic microwaves, and it alsofeatures the transmission of specific commands into the subconscious, producingvisual disturbances, visual hallucinations and injection of words and numbers in tothe brain through electromagnetic radiation waves. Also, it manipulates emotionsand thoughts and reads thoughts remotely, causes pain to any nerve of the body,allows for remote manipulation of behaviour, controls sleep patterns throughwhich control over communication is made easy. This can be used for crimeinvestigation and security management.

With all the given benefits of RNM fortracking the illicit and treacherousactivities, there are many concernsand risks being pointed out byhuman rights activists and otherscientists. The agencies of humanrights around the world havecriticised RNM as a violation of basichuman rights because it violatesprivacy and the dignity of thoughtsand activities of life. Severalcountries have protested against itand refer to it as an attack on theirhuman and civil rights. The scientistsprotesting against the use of RNMbelieve that people who have beenimplanted involuntarily becomebiological robots and guinea pigs forRNM activities in the guise ofsecurity. This is an important biological concern related to microchip implantation,which is a hidden technology using microwave radiations for the control of themind.

Scientists believe that like leukemia and the cancerous risks posed by mobilephones which also emit microwaves, RNM can also pose similar threats to asubject's overall health as the heating effect of tissues with the speed of light is aknown effect of high powered microwave and electromagnetic pulse weapons.

Thus, RNM remains a controversial technology which is being used in manycountries for security maintenance and surveillance.

The uses for RNM technology as a policing tool is pure bullshit.. Agovernment's use of this technology is in violation of every civil and humanrights law in existence. Agencies like the NSA are using this technology toremotely access and manipulate the thoughts of millions American citizensin what can be described as nothing less than a modern day version ofGeorge Orwell's Big Brother on STEROIDS!

Citizens are being illegally interogated within their own homes, withoutever being charged with a crime, as their 4TH Amendment rights arcompletely denied them!

In the United States, alone, thousands of people have already comeforward to describe this technology and how it is being used to bothillegally spy on them, while also manipulating their thoughts, as they aretargeted for non consensual human experimentation.

I should also note that you do NOT need to be implanted with a RFID,DNA or anyother type of chip to be targeted by the NSA for its SignalsIntelligence surveillance of your person. The NSA targets you by your ownunique bioelectromagnetic field, which enables NSA cryptologists track youby the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF scanning network.

You don't list any sources to back up your claim. I have read the Akeweivs. NSA in addition to this post and I don't believe in the idea that anyhuman can be turned into walking, live, video cameras for thegovernment. I don't believe that our thoughts can be determined either.

What you do have correct is the ability to send signals directly to theaudiory cortex. This technology can be used to enroll people in "sleepdeprivation programs". Expecially effective when coupled with biosensorswhich project brain wave/sleep data to a remote source. If I hadn't been inthe program myself, I wouldn't have believed this (sleep deprived since3/2006).

I'm not a drug dealer, criminal, or outspoken anti-American. I just

happened to be in the wrong place at the right time.

As a long-term target of this technology I am certain that it can be used tomanipulate the thoughts of those being used for such non consensualhuman experimentation as has been attested to by hundreds of otherpeople who are being illegally used as such subjects.

As such, there is no longer any question that the NSA and other agenciesof U.S. Intel are committing serious crimes against American citizens,while denying them their right to due process of law.

A further sign of the New World Order and its intent to destroy the U.S. Billof Rights.

Another problem is that Intel cyberstalks many of its targets over theInternet, with the express intention of posting remarks which are used inwhich to discredit the comments of legitimate targets of non consensualhuman experimentation, since the Intel community would not be aroundfor very long if the American people learned that they had been brainfingerprinted by the NSA back in the 1970's, and electronically monitoredsince the early 1980's.

A true crime of treason and an executionable offense.

Anonymous is right. Jim is most certainly out to discredit the claims of thevictims. His website appears legit at first, but is pure gobbledygook! Thereare plenty other bogus webs out there making ridiculous claims - all withintent to undermine the credibility of the real victims. I wonder who issending them paychecks....

It also cites former NSA operative John St. Clair Akwei's1991 lawsuit against the NSA which describes the NSA's SignalsIntelligence operations in detail.

It would seem that from the prior to post Intel's ops are on this site todiscredit legitimate whistle blowers like Akwei, Marino, Tice and myriadothers who are telling some very ugly truths about the NSA that the U.S.Intelligence community would rather not have told.

As for paychecks, Squidwad is likely collecting them from Intel forcyberstalking legitimate targets of these crimes, and likely posted theanonymous comment before his own.

If a non-believer would spend some time to research patents and such,you could see that the technology exists. Sure, the NSA and Police aren'tgoing to admit using something that will financially break them, or anadmission to violating the Constitution of the United States. They mayhowever claim your part of a gang or terrorist organization when youaren't, so the Attorney General can file for a Secret Court Warrant tointerrogate you in this manner.

I have personally heard the admission of an individual teaching the policein Missouri to use this technology. Chicago District of the FBI are wideboundaries that include Missouri. The abuse is phenominal and willcertainly cause a financial collapsation of the economy when it is fullyexposed. A long time ago the CB Radio was a way the policecommunicated. Nowaday the police use a narrow bandwidth radio that canbe directed to a subject with precise alignment with the use of GPSSatellite Systems that Chicago District uses now.

Many people may say that they don't believe in this. I am one who can saythat it is true. I am a victim of this. Unfortunately, there is no one willing to

admit in what has taken place. I have been forced out of my job,convinced to check myself into psychiatric hospitals. I have been followedand I have also had my brain tweeked repeatedly on a number ofoccasions when I wouldn't succumb to voices that were presenting whatwould happen to me if I didn't listen to them. So for me, I'm not in a stateof denial but I am in a state of confusion because I don't know how tomake these people stop and if I don't find some type of avenue to create aresolution to this I fear that this will continue for the rest of my life. I havespent the last three years building a case against these people. The worstpart about it for me is that I am an HIV positive gay male which you'd thinkthat maybe these people would show some remorse for what they havedone. I have had my health insurance taken from me because of thisfiasco and I have had to start my life over in another city and I am stillbeing talked to on a daily basis. I started hearing these people morefrequently after something short circuited in my brain which sounded likestatic on a television. Ever since then I have been tormented on a dailybasis by the machine. I have had to listen to statements repeatthemselves everday for over a year. Their goal is to make you completelysuccumb to them by letting them take your sanity. Be thankful that this isn'thappening to you. If anyone has any ideas for how I can attack this,blocking a signal or anything it is much appreciated.

I do believe in this. That millions of people are being monitoried and thatbefore you start thinking "I have nothing to hide." I say I have beenmonitoried since I was 5 or 6 and that my Mother has also been BrianPrinted.

"They" have a templet so to say. So if you start to see blue lights behindyour eyes, hear itermittant voices, think you are being contacted by areligion, or that some one of interest like a star or political figure isinterested in you socially know that you could be under attack.

This kind of torture was used in the south by the KKK to expel blacks.When do we hear about it? How long have you heard the joke aboutsomeone saying that they are being shot by micro waves from thesatilights, those people went to the asylem or committed suicide and onlythe internet and shear numbers have made it common knowledge.

The use of lexical patterns is used by supercomputer program, and ofcourse advanced neural network that learns (somewhat), a adept personwas known to figure out the patterns opposites of meaning, grammaticalrules, etc.

So... how about some inexpensive detectors and countermeasures? Theadversary will only hide behind the "have you seen a psychatrist" coveruntil admissable evidence is placed in front of a legal body with the clout tochange the situation. And I wouldn' t suppose that hanging from a rope orvictim of a carbomb is what most judges or federal agents consider areason to prosecute a case.

Also, the temptation for both sides to use this harassment must be great.What, then, to do? As a victim, I am equally ambivalent. Education andcountermeasures seem lilt the only viable option.

I know that I am an unvoluntary victim of remote neural monitoring. I donot know who it is all together but I believe it has its origins with the U.S.Government and is being used on behalf of the State of Nebraska. Notonly are my thoughts being read but they are making me here them. Fullconversations and everything but only when I am alone which rules outschizophrenia all together. I am being harassed by everyone I meet herein Omaha including my family. Everyone has turned on me like somethingout of the invasion of the body snatchers or something. I would laugh but itis not really funny when it happens to you. They make me seehallucinations and also feel things. The main thing they are doing isinvading my dreams. I know it is them because not only is the dream vividbut I haven't remembered a dream since I was 16 years old and eversince they have started I remember them all. At first I thought I myself was crazy, but then I discovered about this covertremote mental harrasment and torture by different arms of the intelligentcommunity(NSA,CIA,etc) I didnt understand why they have victimized meand other innocent citizens but when I learned about the order of theilluminati it began to make sense. Something is going on, but who's to say it's the NSA doing the nonconsensual experiments? Whatever it is, it appears governmentsanctioned. I have to say, in all my reading, I haven't come across anyone withobjective views and experiences such as mine.

I'll start by saying that at the outset of being inducted into the mind controlprogram/network, my life was essentially taken apart and ruined. I spentmost every second of every day with artificially induced anxiety/poundingheartbeat, occasionally was hit with enough radiation to make me pass out(I'm a very athletic indivual).

However, about three months into things began to change, as if I hadsomehow "graduated" my initiation. The system began to placate me. Weare a telepathic people/race now. Instead of inducing painthe system induces intense waves of artificial pleasure and calm over melike nothing I've ever experienced.

I have had experiences with a device similar to a neurophone (i.e. amindreading technology). I found something curious. The operators of themachinery could 'hear' words thought, and 'see' pictures, but did notnecessarily have the remotest idea what those meant to the thinker.People's thoughts can be scattered, we are capable of thinking one thingand doing another, or acting without thinking at all. An example of what I am talking about was when, after my brother hadshot himself and I'd moved into his apartment, I heard in my head, felt inmy body to 'get a gun, put it to your head, pull the trigger". This issomething that I would never do. Even if I were to take my own life, itwould not be with a gun, and I knew this. I KNEW that this was not my ownthought. I forced the thought down, which can be difficult, and it takesknowing yourself; it takes vigilantly getting to know yourself and what youare about, and refusing to be played in that way.

To know if this is what occurring in your life, begin journaling, beginsearching yourself, going back through all of you childhood and on up; bea strict psychoanalyst for yourself, and just slamming those unrulythoughts that are so destructive, that would influence you to physicallyharm yourself or others and deny deny deny them the right to make yourdecisions for you. Unless you actually find those decisions helpful andbeneficial...let them know that if they want to control you then they bettergive you something that is worth doing. Ok guys here's what I know are facts.

1. they cannot target you from a satellite the range limit is about 300 ft

unless there is a base station around which is actually pretty large. It'll fit inan SUV though.

2. Yes they can speak to and see what you see.

3. No they cannot implant images into your mind. They can manipulateyour mind to pull up any image from a movie, dream, fantasy, etc andmake you think its real.

I started experiencing this in the 90's one day. Then 5 years ago, itbecame voices for 2 months. This technology was used on me when I was in jail. I couldn't believe it andI had somehow forgotten about what had happened to me, and didn'trealize much of what had really happened for a long time.

Jail guards are driving people to suicide by starving themselves to death.They read your thoughts with these devices and yell your thoughts overand over to make you crazy. I am coming to the realization that this in fact is what has happened to me.I am a well educated, fiber optic engineer and also RPN Nurse, 42 yrs oldand while working in FL I was pulled over and charged with an expiredlicence. Unfortunately my Visa to be in the States was expired as well andthey detained me. 2 days after being in Jail the last memory was sittingdown for lunch and... then waking up in a hospital with Medical staff statingI was in a coma from a siezure. They claim I had a siezure, fell hitting myhead creating a subdermal intusion having them to do a crainiotomy. I wasthen sent back to jail to recover which was a real treat. they kept me 71days saying deportation delayed my release.. anyway out of the blue allcharges were dropped, deportation canceled and they let me walk out. Ireturned to my home in Canada to where I began seeing things (such asSatelite television) in my head that I could control with my mind, which Ithought was great. I told my friends abouts this and obviously they startedtalking. Oblivious to this I went about my life when a women came to myfront door requesting a photo of the retina of my eye. I refused to which 2days later two men walked right through the wall of my house (no doorneeded) and demanded thier microchip back. Yes, this was disturbing.They then teleported me to South America and claimed we were takingsatelite signals... the story goes into great length but after I was returned Icalled the police and discribed everything that happened. After a 3 hour

interview I was graciously led to a transport car and they institutionalizedme for a month. I'm out now and they have me on a variety of meds butthe voices are still there, the vacuum/shower/ lawn mower talk to me andhonestly people I feel perfectly fine, I am still very astute/ aware/ have agreat life but really, something is terribly wrong or something was done tome in the operation or mabey I am what they call schitzophrenic. My voices kept me up for nights. I missed enough exams this way to bedebarred. They show me images and I can create any image in my head. Iuse it for porn, math and fun. I hear 5 distinct voices and they can assumethe voice of any human being i have ever met. It is easy to resist their liesbut it hurts when I hear the same garbage being said by my friends, evenif it isn't directed at me. I am very jumpy and suspicious of everyone as aresult. They can create buzzes and car honks. This leads me to believeany sound is possible. They even play my ringtone when I'm not evenreceiving a call. They insult me greatly for every minor issue I face, andI'm a programmer. I once heard them speak very loudly as if they were inthe room. This leads me to believe that they can convincingly speak onanother's behalf. I tried a stainless steel helmet with a hood on. There wasno change. Very interesting stuff here. For those of us who feel we are victims of thiskind of technology: let's remember that while doing further research touncover the facts surrounding this technology, we should also keep inmind that many people throughout history have reported sensing voicesand compulsions internally that felt foreign and seemed to come from anexternal source. In the past, if someone doubted that their mind itselfcould create these externalities, they would have had to turn to religion ormagic to explain it.

But now of course, technology can do many wondrous and freaky things.So although it's very difficult for us in the public sector to imagine howexisting, publicly known technology could be used to make devices to domind monitoring and/or control, or how all the medical and electronictechnology needed to make such a device could possibly be kept secret,it's a possibility that does need to be considered.

But while we're investigating that and other possibilities, let's also makesure to do our best to rule out the possibility that we may be suffering fromone of a great number of long-known ailments that can create the illusionof externally-introduced thoughts or voices. The very good news for anyone of us who IS experiencing a chemical imbalance or psychologicaldisturbance (and not actually being monitored/controlled by outsiders) isthat there are things you can do to take control of the situation foryourself... if you can find a good doctor that you trust.

For those of us who can rule out chemistry/psychology, we'll just have tokeep looking for answers wherever we can I guess.
