MOUNTING AND OPERATING: The valve can only be mounted and operated by skilled, properly trained and qualified personnel. Incorrect assembly or operation of the valve may have substantial impact on the entire system such as fluid leakage, reduction in system’s function etc.

Before a valve is installed the pipeline must be clean from any mechanical impurities. The compatibility of critical parameters of the flow must be checked with the parameters of the valve. Stop globe valve can be mounted to a pipe-line in any position. The direction of flow should only comply with the arrow marked on the body. The valve should be operated strictly with its assign. In order to provide valve’s reliability the following suggestions must be observed:

    • medium flowing through the valve is supposed to be clean out of any mechanicalimpurities;

    • the valve must be protected from any mechanical damages during its work;• nominal parameters marked on the valve must be observed.

MOUNTING AND OPERATING:MOUNTING OF VALVE AND ITS SERVICE SHOULD BE MADE BY ORGANIZATION THAT HASRIGHTS TO MAKE THAT KINDE OF WORKS. THE PERSONEL OF THOSE ORGANIZATIONS ISSUPPOSED TO BE QUALIFIED.

Before valve will be installed the pipeline must be clean from any mechanical impurities. Thecompatibility of critical parameters of flow must be checked with the parameters of valve. Stop globevalve can be mounted to a pipe-line in any position. The direction of flow should only comply with thearrow marked on the body. The valve should be operate strictly with its assign. To make valveunfailing you must observe the following suggestions:

    • medium flowing through the valve is supposed to be clean out of any mechanical impurities.• the valve must be protected from any mechanical damages during his work.• parameters should be the same as on the valve.

MOUNTING AND OPERATING:The valve can only be mounted and operated by skilled, properly trained and qualified personnel.Incorrect assembly or operation of the valve may have substantial impact on the entire system suchas fluid leakage, reduction in system’s function etc.

Before a valve is installed the pipeline must be clean from any mechanical impurities. Thecompatibility of critical parameters of the flow must be checked with the parameters of the valve. Stopglobe valve can be mounted to a pipe-line in any position. The direction of flow should only complywith the arrow marked on the body. The valve should be operated strictly with its assign. In order toprovide valve’s reliability the following suggestions must be observed:

    • medium flowing through the valve is supposed to be clean out of any mechanical impurities;• the valve must be protected from any mechanical damages during its work;• nominal parameters marked on the valve must be observed.

    • medium flowing through the valve is supposed to be clean out of any mechanical impurities;• the valve must be protected from any mechanical damages during its work;• nominal parameters marked on the valve must be observed.

    • medium flowing through the valve is supposed to be clean out of any mechanical impurities;• the valve must be protected from any mechanical damages during its work;• nominal parameters marked on the valve must be observed.

APPLICATIONSThe DOSAPACK PD equipment can be used for dosing any reactive liquid:

    Reagents used in water treatment

    Coagulants

    pH reducers

    Conditioning reagents

Other types of reagents for industrial applications

Reagents for treatment of water in boilers

Reagents for treatment of cooling towers

Correct dosing ensures accuracy in the quantities added of reagents, thus optimising the use of the same.

Dispensation of reagents in the plant is a very important process with influence on the correct operation of the same.

    A pre-installed dosing system provides:

Necessary elements to ensure correct operationof the dosing pumps.

Adequate disposition and assembly of theelements in accordance with the required serviceconditions.

Easy launch of the reagent dosing at the plant.

Protection of the dosing pumps and componentsfrom adverse weather conditions.

THE CORRECT DOSING OF REACTIVES REQUIRES A DISPENSING SYSTEM
