Nr. Stomachik II is a remedy for chronic gastrointestinal conditions

especially associated with ulceration. Stomachik II is indicated for ulcerative

colitis, diarrhea, Crohn's disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and rectal

bleeding. Ingredients found in this remedy include condurango bark, marigold

blossoms and hemlock herb.

Dosage: - x daily, - drops in water

Tartar emetic solution D (Antimonium tartaricum Dil. D) The solution – antimony potassium tartrate – acts homeopathically as a mucolytic and expectorant, and reduces nausea and diarrhea. Classical homeopathic applications according to the Study of Similarities – Similia similibus curantur, or "like cures like". – The solution is also a component of Nr. Pulmonik.

Condurango bark (Condurango) The bark promotes the secretion of saliva and gastric juices. Folk medicine indications are gastrointestinal inflammations, acute and chronic gastritis and enteritis, as well as a lack of appetite with emaciation and weakness. The literature emphasizes the appetite-arousing and nausea-reducing effect of the bark, permitting stomach cancer patients to partake of more sustenance, and thus improving their general state of health. – In South American folk medicine, the bark is a bitter tonic (condurango wine).

Marigold blossoms (Calendula, Flos sicc.) The blossoms are an anti-inflammatory agent, promote granulation and are therefore effective in wound healing. The scope of application also covers gastrointestinal ulcers. The blossoms were a basic remedy in cancer therapy up to the middle of the th century. Bernus accordingly explained their effective scope: »Internally and externally as a cancer remedy, especially for stomach and uterine cancer of significance. Very valuable herb!« – Its Latin name "calendula" is derived from "calendae" (Calends: the first day of the month for the Romans). Its blossoms open with the rising of the sun and close at sunset. – The marigold blossoms employed come from the Soluna Medicinal Gardens and are also a component of Nr. Alcangrol.

Hemlock herb D from spagyric mother tincture according to Bernus (Conium maculatum, Herba sicc. spag. from Bernus j Dil. D) In folk medicine, hemlock is described as a calming and analgesic remedy, especially for rapidly growing malignant neoplasms. According to the

D) continuedhomeopathic complex of symptoms, hemlock D is indicated for glandular tumescences and neoformations in various organs. – The hemlock employed comes from the Soluna Medicinal Gardens and is also a component of Nr. Alcangrol.

Bismuth-ammonium-citrate solution D (Bismuth, Dil. D) In , gastric ulcers could be diagnosed with certainty. Bismuth salts were applied for healing gastric ulcers. Bismuth salts have an antimicrobial effect and, to this day, are used as a stomachic against heliobacteria pylori. – The physician, mineralogist and metallurgist Agricola first recognized and described the properties of bismuth.
