This presentation may contain forward-looking statements including, but not limited to, comments regarding the timing and content of upcoming work programs, geological interpretations, receipt of property titles, potential mineral recovery processes, and other related matters. Forward-looking statements address future events conditions and therefore involve inherent risk and uncertainties. Stockport mining’s projects in Kenya, Canada and Mexico are at an early stage and all estimates and projections are based on limited, and possibly incomplete, data. More work is required before the mineralization and the economic aspects of the projects can be confidently modeled. Actual results may differ materially from those currently anticipated in this presentation. No representation or prediction is intended as to the results of future work, nor can there be any promise that the estimates and projections herein will be sustained in future work or that the projects will otherwise prove to be economic.

Kamwango – Nyanza, Kenya IP Study and Quartz Pebble Lag

Quartz pebble lag deposits are formed by the direct erosion of outcropping quartz veins, causing them to accumulate rubble at or near surface above the top of the source quartz reef. Continued accumulation, settling, erosion and minor local re-distribution further break down the quartz rubble and give the pieces a more rounded pebble appearance. While quartz vein pebble lag can occur as a high-grade surface deposit, it is often more valuable as a vector leading exploration activity to the host system. Pebble lag is mapped at Kamwango occurring within the dotted white lines.

Kamwango – Nyanza, Kenya Kamwango Drill Highlights

11

Intercept appears to be a stacked quartz vein system

¡  Limited drilling to date has confirmed zone is 140 m in length and open at strike in both directions, and

¡  Open at depth along the entire length of strike

Shallow drilling: All current intercepts run between 25 m – 60 m vertical depth Potential for a near-surface open-pit operation. Excellent widths and high-grade gold ore

§  Awuoro-Kanga - approximate 7 x 1 km gold-in-soil anomalies with values running up to 2.5 g/t gold, and grab samples up to 37.5 g/t gold. Preliminary geophysics & geochemistry surveys completed - results from initial drill holes on the Ruga anomaly include: •  KE-11-04 : 17.2 g/t gold over 0.7 m

•  KE-11-06 : 3.77 g/t gold over 4.4 m •  KE-11-11: 2.50 g/t gold over 11.5 m •  includes 50.3 g/t gold over 0.45 m

§  Kwoyo - approximate 2.5 x 1.5 km copper-zinc-gold soil anomaly associated with strong geophysical conductors. Highly anomalous copper (0.18%) and zinc (0.56%) in leached gossans over 35 m width and 200 m strike (open)
