I’m reading a book at the moment called ‘Hatchet’ by Gary Paulsen. It’s about a 13 year-old-boy called Brian. The plane he is in crashes in forests in Canada and he’s having to survive on his own. I’m only about four chapters in but I’m already gripped! I can’t wait to read some more later!

Long writing task for the week

Day 2

You should now have found out quite a lot of information about Charles Darwin and have a lot of notes.

Today, we would like you to carefully write an introduction for your biography. Remember to include who, what, where and when in it. Below is an example introduction about Tom Daley, the Olympic diver:

British diver Tom Daley has represented his country in many competitions worldwide over the last few years, including three Olympic Games. He specialises in platform dives - both as a solo athlete and in synchronised events.

It needs to be punctuated perfectly.

If you would like me to check your work, send it over on an email.

R.E. This week is Holy Week and we would like you to carry on working on your art activity about the Stations of the Cross. Examples of what you could do are below.

Click on this link that gives you text for each station and pictures that will inspire your artwork.
