The centrepiece of our efforts to improve the health and resilience of the World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef is the Reef 2050 Long-Term Sustainability Plan. The Reef 2050 Plan is implemented in a dynamic partnership between the Australian Government, Queensland Government, and the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA) and is currently undergoing a comprehensive review to ensure the Plan continues to focus on addressing key threats and taking action to support the health and resilience of the Reef.
