1.PLANNING
At this stage of the lesson plan. In the planning stage we refer to the curriculum:
a. Identification of learning problems.b. Plan solution.c. Trials
Dr.Ir.Rusmono
a. Identification of learning problems.
In this stage, we look at the problem of what is happening today. What needs to be addressed and resolved. The end result of the identification of the problem is the formulation of a general purpose (common goal).
Dr.Ir.Rusmono
b. Plan solution.
After finding the problem and formulate a common goal, then we give a solution with a model or a suitable learning methodes. For example:
1)SAFE Model (Corrigan,1966)
2)The Michigan State Model (Barson,1967)
3)Project Minerva Model (Tracey,1967)

7) Instructional Design: A Plan for Unit and Course Development (Kemp,1977)
8) A Model of Steps in The Instructional Process (Rothwell and Kazanas, 2004)

c. Trials
Before doing the actual teaching, it would be nice if we do trials that have been designed (lesson plan). It could be 1-2 weeks of preparation and depending on the needs. With good preparation, it would be a good instructional implementation.

a. Norm – Referenced Evaluation)
b. (Criterian – Referenced Evaluation)
Dr.Ir.Rusmono
a. Norm – Referenced Evaluation
Set the graduation rate of the average student. we can see an example in the report student progress. there is the average value of students from each subject.
Dr.Ir.Rusmono
b. Criterian – Referenced Evaluation
Assessment comparing the measurement results with the benchmark person "borderline pass" that has been set. It means, set a graduation rate of predetermined. For example National Exam (UN).
