~STEP 1~ Registration

Register Here : http://askmebuy.com/en/join/eFa

* Don’t delete the invitation code (invitation code A27918)

* The invitation code will give you RM10 voucher and 1000 member points

Click account and key in address (important)

STEP 2 ~ Search and Purchase (TAOBAO)

Taobao (all converted to RM, easy to see) ~ can direct search name or by category

Add items to cart

5 [Date]

STEP 2.1 ~ Search item and purchase ( Tmall & 1688.com)

Go www.tmall.com and copy link, paste on the number 2.

6 [Date]

STEP 3 – View Cart and make Payment

After adding all items to cart, click view cart (for <items on sale>) (mean you use the RM method)

OR

(For <Taobao order>) (Mean you use copy link method)

7 [Date]

Check out all items

** Tick the items that you confirm want to purchase, then click ‘’check out’’

*** Remember to use voucher for tax discount before submit order (number 6 )

** Please fill in your address before submit order

**Choose flight or sea shipment

** Askmebuy will charge 8% service tax, BUT

** You can use the RM10 voucher to deduct the taxes

** NO GST charge

** Service tax will decrease if your VIP level increase

STEP 4 - TopUp to ASKMEBUY account

1. You can either top up exactly the amount

2. Or you can top up more, the extra money will deposit to your ASKMEBUY account. Can check at

my account > my balance & point.

3. After bank in or online transfer to ASKMEBUY bank account, we will transfer the money to your

ASKMEBUY account ASAP.

4. ONLY Paypal will charge 5% or RM10 for service charge.

** MUST write the transaction reference code, Date & Time

After we transfer money to your ASKMEBUY account. You can pay the amount now, then we will

purchase the items for you. ALL Price You paid now, ARE EXCLUDE SHIPMENT FEES.

STEP 5 - Trace Purchase Flow

This is the tracking of items purchased.

W – waiting seller send out

I – On the way to our china warehouse

A – arrived our china warehouse (when all item have “A”, you have to make payment for shipment)

S – sent out to your destination (sent to your address)

STEP 6 – Submit Shipment

** Click arrived parcel List

** Tick the parcel that you want to ship

** Then, Click <Ship all ticked item now>

*** If you wish to use cash voucher , don’t tick <auto pay>

*** After submit shipment, wait for packing

*** The shipment fee with show after finish packing

Step 7 – Pay Shipment

*** Redeem cash voucher to deduct shipment tax

** After packing finish, click my shipment > View

~ Top up again if not enough
