Create an E-mail Signature

Click on Signature, which is found across the top of the screen.

Click on new-email, this box will appear.

Once you have clicked on signature and then signatures, this box will appear, click new and name the signature.

Press ok and create your signature.

Press ok again and you will notice that the signature is now saved under the tab signature.
