• Lokal resezierbares Prostatakarzinom (=> mpMRI)
• ≤3 Metastasen in Skelettszintigraphie
• Pelvine Lymphknotenmetastasen ≤3 cm
• keine retroperitonealen Lymphknotenmetastasen
• Keine viszeralen Metastasen
Therapieplan
• Neoadjuvante ADT (LHRH analogues) für 6 Monate
• PSA < 0.4 ng/ml zRPE + epLAD
• ADT für 2 Jahre
