Industrial Chimneys (and other niche structures) Our unique knowledge and understanding of these highly technical structures allows us to provide our clients with a bespoke service for all types of chimney stacks.

From external windshield inspections to internal relining works, PTSG can provide bespoke solutions to any problem that may develop in these buildings.

To this day, PTSG has been able to provide access solutions and repair methods for every high-level chimney project it has been contracted for, from maintenance of school chimney stacks to the demolition of power station chimneys.

Guy Wires We are proud to be one of only a few companies in the UK who can tension and replace guy wires on high structures such as flare stacks, towers, masts and industrial chimneys.

This specialised and unique engineering service is delivered by our highly trained, multidisciplinary access engineers, enabling us to install, maintain, replace and tension guy wire systems on a wide range of structures and hard-to-reach locations.

Flare StacksMaintaining flare stacks has become its own specialised industry, and PTSG has led the way in developing the best techniques to maintain these tall and complex structures.

From flare tip removals and replacements, to general external maintenance, PTSG delivers an unrivalled service with regards to the expert techniques required for executing works on these structures.

Inspections and routine maintenance form a crucial part of our flare stack regime. PTSG offers the expertise needed to maintain and extend the life of an operational flare stack, as well as dramatically reducing the shutdown periods of individual flare stacks.

We carry out all work to the highest standard, whilst offering the most cost-effective programme for the client. We provide detailed reports following every inspection, making sure that our clients are always fully aware of the condition of their equipment, as well as the standard to which we have carried out work.
