Total process controlTo ensure the security of its high reprocessing capacity, the CSSD relies on the device monitoring, on the event tracking and on the reusable medical instrument management up to the detail of the individual instrument. These advanced features are some of the characteristics of the SteecoData and SteelcoData Pro software.

The main advantages of the treatment of reusable medical instruments in a Central Sterilization Supply Department (CSSD) are in terms of safety, because the operations are carried out by trained, experienced and infection control specialized personnel, of economy, because of reduced personnel need and fast return of the investment, and of reduced environmental impact.

Innovative productsfor sterilization increasing demandsWe have developed a full range of high capacity autoclaves to get the perfect solution for any central sterilization supply department or theatre sterile supply unit. The most outstanding features of these sterilizers are: versatility, easy handling, high performance and reliability.

From the processing of a single STU up to the 18 STU capacity model, each model of our full range of vapour sterilizers combines high productivity with cost efficiency: an effective solution to improve the economy of the CSSD.

Standard compliantThe Steelco sterilizers autoclaves are designed and constructed to comply with the latest guidelines: 93/42/ECC and its revised version, 97/23/CE, EN 285, EN ISO 14971, EN ISO 17665-1, IEC EN 61010-1, IEC EN 61010-2-040, IEC EN 60601-1-6, EN 61326-1, IEC EN 60601-1-2.

An innovative system to save energy

The sterilization cycle has been specifically conceived to reduce time and energy consumption, thus improving the efficiency of the phases before and after sterilization.

In the initial stage, the innovative air removal allows to gain the vacuum status much faster.

In the final stage, the fractional vacuum phase makes it possible to better extract steam and water waste, thus reducing the drying activity while maintaining high performances.

Steelco VS SeriesSmall and medium capacity autoclaves

With innovative high performance sterilizing technology, the new Steelco autoclaves are characterized by a rectangular chamber, completely made of stainless steel AISI 316L and entirely covered with a full jacket.

The insulation is guaranteed by an innovative and practical textile covering.

This new chamber design guarantees to the Steelco autoclaves excellent performances during the sterilization cycles optimizing and reducing water and steam consumption.

Control panel

- 6,5” colour back lit touch screen display indicating in real time: cycle phases and parameters, both in the numerical and trend form; anomalies, alarms, audit trails; main components maintenance status

- Control and recording of the process and of the sterilization cycle parameters by means of a PC and an integrated SoftPLC

- Maximum compatibility and integrating capability with the customer’s IT system

- Access to the PC by entering a password with different access levels

- Software with 27 programmes, 7 of which are pre-defined and 20 can be customized according to the customer’s needs

The vertically sliding doors made of stainless steel AISI 316L are obtained from a single moulding and have no welding.
