Please, give original and 1 copy of documents. Deadline- 3 months from the getting date of this letter. Your proposal have to include these documents : STCU project proposal (in english and russian) Forms of your previous experience for each of your
team member electronic version of your project proposal (proposal
number) in CD or in another data carrier;
In order to get state permission you have to give these documents to STCU regional office in Azerbaijan :
