IMPORTANT MESSAGE

Coldwell Banker Realty’s No. 1 priority is the health and safety of its employees, agents and customers. Employees who can effectively work remotely should continue to do so. However in certain instances, it may be necessary for an employee, agent or customer to enter our offices to transact or to conduct other business. As more employees begin to return to the office, we are committed to ensuring a safe work environment for everyone, consistent with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance and state and local orders. We will follow recommended guidance by requiring anyone who enters our offices to follow the best practices to help reduce the spread of the virus.

STAYING SAFE AT THE OFFICE

In that spirit, we have created Staying Safe at the Office education cards to help protect those who work in and visit Coldwell Banker’s office locations across the United States. Alongside these recommendations, there are practices and policies that all occupants of our offices must adhere to so we can stay safe. We ask that you comply with these policies and follow the guidance, not just for your safety, but for the health and safety of all individuals.

Importantly, when you enter any Coldwell Banker office at any time, you are affirming that:

• You have completed an at-home temperature check and self-health screen prior to coming to the office;

• You are fever and symptom-free; and

• You will fully comply with our policies and safe workplace practices while in the office.

We will ask that you maintain a record of your at-home pre-visit temperature checks and self-health screens for your records, to be confidentially shared with the Company if necessary to comply with local laws and orders.

Any individual who does not feel comfortable returning to the office and can continue to effectively perform his or her duties from home should continue to do so.

Please take the time to thoroughly read these education cards. They can also be used as separate pages for signage in your office, or provided as a packet to anyone entering the office.

STAYING SAFEAT THE OFFICE

The information provided in these protocols are minimum standards that will be applied across all of Coldwell Banker U.S. locations, to be modified only as necessary to comply with applicable local laws, regulations or orders, to be modified only as necessary to comply with applicable local laws, regulations or orders. Our policies and protocols will be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure continued compliance and consistency with data and guidance from the CDC and best practices from other reliable resources.

• Keep your face covering clean

• Clean your hands with soap and water immediately before putting on, or adjusting, and after taking off your face covering
