1.What activities can you do to stay active?

Walk or ride your bike to places instead of driving or asking for a ride, if possible.

Get in a daily workout for at least 30 min Join a gym Run with a friend or neighbor Don’t be lazy…use the stairs not the

elevator!! Organize and manage your time and

figure out when you can exercise.

Aerobic Exercise

Exercising can be fun if you make it fun. Look here to believe it and watch a group of teenagers make it fun!

Aerobic- physical activity using air or when breathing increases

food Try to stay away from fast food and

soda (anything with extreme levels of sodium)

Make sure after you burn calories you are getting them back in some way

It’s so important to get enough rest daily. Rest and sleep are just as important as eating healthy and exercising. Your body needs time to recuperate and heal itself. When you’re sleeping, this occurs.
