• State of Florida database of construction projects
• Projects included from cities, counties, expressways, airports, FDOT, State Agencies, Army Corps, Navy, Water Management Districts, and major private developers
• Projects $1.0 million and over are identified
• Projects under $1.0 million are grouped

• Phase I - underway – gathering projects and building database with internet access
• Phase I – complete by June 2006
• All partners to have access to database via internet web-based application
• Phase II - tools for updating schedules and projects
• Phase III – graphics applications, GIS maps, bid prices

Goals for the SCD
• Better management of our letting plans, balance Department construction lettings with local project lettings
• Avoid conflicts with major project bid dates
• All projects receive competitive and lower bids
