Statement to BBS Limited Shareholders

On behalf of the BBS Limited Board, Management and Staff I regret to inform Shareholders and other stakeholders of the passing on of our fellow Board Member Ms. Lebole Mpho Mokoto. She died on 11 August 2021. This is a truly sad and significant loss not only for her family but for us here at BBSL.

Her measured but impactful personality backed by a strong intellect will be greatly missed on the Board. We were expecting to benefit from Lebole’s incisive and invaluable input on human resources and business matters for a long time to come. We are truly sorry to have lost Lebole, especially in the prime of her life.

Let us please keep her family, especially her husband Mr. Bruce Phometsi and their twin daughters, in our thoughts at this difficult time in their lives. May Ms. Mokoto’s soul rest in eternal peace.
