Attachment 3.1: Tenderer’s Portfolio of Proposed Tree-Planting Projects • Tenderers are required to submit a portfolio of proposed Revegetation Projects, delivering up to
5 million trees in aggregate and that the Tenderer can deliver within the timeframe March 2015 to
March 2018 inclusive.
• Portfolios of proposed Revegetation Projects must be submitted in the specified format below, with this
template to be completed for each individual Revegetation Project being proposed.

perform the Services.
Subject matter expertise
(a) Strong ecological expertise as it relates to Revegetation Activities, specifically across the
states / territories where the Tenderer proposes to deliver the Services or in other
locations where the expertise is directly transferrable.

Cost ranges for delivering Revegetation Activities
These cost ranges should include the cost for delivering Revegetation Activities in their entirety, including
for example: site preparation (e.g. weeding, soil preparation), purchase of seed/tubestock, seeding/planting
activities, fencing/tree-guards and site maintenance (weeding, watering, mulching, in-fill planting, pest
management).
Orders executed under the Deed may include Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases at the discretion of
the Department.
