8. Challenges Faced & Lesson Learned (Indicative)
Achievements
• Own ERP system in place
• GIS mapped training centres
• Kudumbashree became Qualitative Appraisal agency for DDUGKY project proposals.
• Timely disbursement of second installment for around 85% of active PIAs.
• Achieved a new bench mark for commencement of trainings.
• Set up a new bench mark of 17 days from PAC to first installment disbursement
