Goals

• Return tenured and tenure-track faculty to full strength without compromising service teaching effectiveness.

• Increase quantity and quality of graduate students• Increase number of women and minority faculty.• Continue to find creative ways to address the shortage of

teachers in mathematics and science.• Provide tools for faculty members who are interested in using

technology-mediated instruction for their classes.• Continue to work with the A&M Foundation to find successful

matches of donors and giving opportunities.
