12. ALL WOOD BLOCKING AND FURRING IN EXTERIOR WALLS AND ROOFING ASSEMBLIES SHALL BE PRESSURE TREATED.13. ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING PENETRATIONS THROUGH FIRE-RATED WALL OR FLOOR ASSEMBLIES SHALL BE SEALED WITH U.L.
APPROVED THROUGH-PENETRATION FIRESTOP SYSTEM APPROPRIATE FOR THE RATING OF THE WALL BEING PENETRATED. SUBMIT PROPOSEDU.L. NUMBERS AND DETAILS TO ARCHITECT FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
14. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN MEANS OF EGRESS AND BUILDING SECURITY THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT.15. ANY COLOR/FINISH NOT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED SHALL BE SELECTED FROM MANUFACTURER'S STANDARD COLOR/FINISHES DURING
SUBMITTAL REVIEW.16. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING EXISTING BUILDING ELEMENTS TO REMAIN FROM DAMAGE DURING INSTALLATION OF NEW
