Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No, 105, s. 2014, dated July 2014, and Division Memorandum No. 145, s. 2014, classroom teachers are required to submit to this office their monthly accomplishment reports using the attached format. This is to tract progress in the implementation of the Basic Education Curriculum at the school level.

The following tools will be used:
