INGREDIENTS :

1 star fruit cut into dice sise½ pine apple peeled, cut into dice size1 cucumber cut into dice sise1 mango peeled, cut into dice size1 sweet popato peeled, cut into dice size

2 hot chilies¼ tea spoon salt½ cup brown sugar1 table spoon tamarind,dissolved in cup

water strained½ cup roasted peanut

METHOD :

1. Mix all fruit together, grind chilies,salt and brown sugar.

2. Add roasted peanuts, grind completely.3. Pour some tamarind liquid, mix the fruits

and the sauce together.Rujak is ready to serve.
