We carry anAncient Inner Conviction and Reverence. Intelligence, Wisdom, WillPower, Harmony, Love and so much more, comes from within andfor the purpose ofdeveloping and expanding optimal life experience within Creationfor all human

beings equally and for Life as a Whole.

The Acadians had always been an indeendent bunch. !ver half of the early Acadianscame from "rittany, Poitou, #ormandy and Picardy. In every one of these regions therewere tremendous and ancient influences$ %eltic, various other agan, and rebelliousrotestant&Huguenot influences. %eltic "rittany not even art of 'rance until a royalmarriage in ()(). These influences have led to the observation that *The %a+un traditionis nominally %hristian and redominantly %atholic, yet still retains a surrising range ofre%hristian values and ercetions.* -ven so, a leading #ova cotia authority on thehistory of Acadian culture, Professor Alhonse /eveau of %oll0ge ainteAnne, hasobserved$ *religion, to the Acadian, was based on inner convictions and 1was2 notimosed from the outside. These inner convictions have been generously interlaced withritualistic holdovers from the agan rural areas of seventeenthcentury 'rance, andreinforced by the eisodic lac3 of orthodo4 clergymen....* It was the basic innerconviction that brought the eole to 5ass but led them to feel little need for reaching.Priests assigned to Acadia wrote bac3 to their bishos in 6u7bec comlaining that assoon as they began their sermons the men would go outside for a smo3e and a horse raceor two. Get we have all suffered great tragedyF !urs can be traced bac3 from the ;rand/erangement that haened to us in Acadie when "ritish and Americans terroried ourPeole and Way of Life8 and in what I call ne %ontinuation /e Le ;rand /7rangementwhich refers to the continued enthocide of our family oriented way of life by way ofgovernmental, economic, religious, medical, and academic institutions. All of which haveleft us with a history of transferred eigenetic dysfunctions that have added to the

hysical and mental derrangement of a eoles who9s way of life should be considered aworld heritage by all and seen for what it is, an optimal way of life if you want to be in

It may even be harder to seethe riest and doctor as having the same divinity and healing ower as yourself. hoot itmay be even harder still to see yourself equal to a hysicists, mathematician and neurobiologist in all caacities. #ow a family orientated way of life is one in which we are alltangibly equal and one that we can all share in and add toF

In this boo3 here, I hoe to share with you myjoie de vivre, the healing ower offamily, and what it means to be an optimally functioning human being. #omatter who you are you have been affected by trauma. This trauma has had real effectson our ability to raise 3ids and live life as a family. It has even bloc3ed us from noticingthat this is what is most imortant. At age K, my 5other needed to be in rehabilitation in order to receive some secial careand hel with her roblems with addictions and cooccurring sychological disorders, both of which had nothing to do with me or were because of me. 5y 5other thoroughlye4lained this to me so I would 3now straight u what was going on with her as she was

admitted8 for she understood and raised me to be understanding as well. ee before thisoint my 5other had taught me to e4ress the sectrum of my feelings from I love youmom on down the line8 but if something was off, we needed to tal3 about what we bothcould do to ma3e it better. #ot why are you mad, not who9s wrong or right, not assomething I deserve or am entitled to feel. It simly gives all involved an oortunity toma3e things better. This was couled with a strong emhasis on creative story tellingfrom an uninhibited imagination. o geared with this, I reared to be with what ICdconsidered e4tended family, altruistic strangers. I remember getting a bowl of cereal.Immediately recogniing that it was not my favorite, I as3ed for something else. The care

giver9s rely was, @If you don9t li3e what we have to eat, you don9t have to eat. Herdirectness gave me a +olt of realiation that I should be than3ful for A#GTHI#; I haveto eat. I went from defining whatever was gifted to me in the moment in relation to anarbitrary ast reference to defining whatever is gifted and available as something tofirst Areciate. After a coule of nights of crying myself to slee really missing mymother, I finally as3ed for an e4tra illow to cuddle with. As I laid there inducing thefeelings of being with my mother, I felt the 'LL P?--#%- of my 5other within myown heart, within my own being, and I instantaneously realied she always Was with meand always Will be. This redefining of my 5other from an outside entity that could behere or not, to a very real e4eriential Internal Presence, is Healing in the Highest ense.

A coule of years later, as I was better able to see myself in relation to others, I grievedgreatly for not having and 3nowing my 'ather. It was not often I swam the seas of tearsand emotions that come with the feelings of lac3ing the resence of the 'ather, if not toomuch more than a handful of times in my entire early lifetime. The very first e4eriencewith this suffering brought not only intense crying, but an immediate recognition of allof the beautiful men and women in my life who had 'athered me in various ways in a

manner that e4ressed the best of what a 'ather could be. I then felt as if the wholeuniverse was my 'ather, and that the secific layer of the role may continuouslychange, but my 'ather remained. This, too, I 3new to be inside of my own being. "eforethe age of , I understood that these intense moments of suffering were very realcatalysts for realiations and redefinitions that I can cherish and benefit from eternally.#aturally, my relationshi and definition of suffering has been one of umostAreciation and ?esect. ?est assured, I would still have an interesting challengelearning to ay attention to AllThatIs as an Abundant "lessing and nconditionallytelling stories that reflect what I really believe to be Truth.

At age (M, I began to heal from an accident where my best friend and I where hit by adrun3 driver, resulting in the death of Aaron and the new birth inside 5yself. This new"irth started as what seemed li3e an undertow but instead of waves and sand, it was acar at ) miles er hour, and roc3s, glass and cement that rearranged and interenetratedmy being. I come to a restful sto sitting u in a fetal osition where the road meets the

ditch on ?iver ?oad somewhere between /owntown "aton ?ouge and the L camus.I glance to see Aaron has flown further and is laying on his side, clearly not breathing ina ool of blood. I immediately 3new I needed to stand u, but it felt li3e my bac3 wasbro3en. I stood u with an accomaniment of screams that resided somewhere betweenwar cries that hel ush one forward and the gnashing of teeth and wailing from thevalley below. This culminated in e4eriencing a blac3ness seeing in and overcomingmy consciousness until all that was left was what seemed li3e a molecule, an atom of redwhich then brightens my awareness to visually ma3e out my reality in shades of red. This would be my e4erience of utting on the ?ose colored glasses of my college dae.

As I stand there waving my arms, two cars ass from each direction without hesitation, leaving me to wonder if I was even there... At that moment, two vehicles sto to hel.The first was a wrec3er service that I immediately direct to hel Aaron as I sit bac3 downin my fetal osition and roc3 gently bac3 and forth. The other vehicle was a nursingstudent, who I immediately direct to my camel a3 that I must have gracefully ta3en offin midflight. I let her 3now that the hone ringing in it is my fianc7 and to leasee4lain to her what has +ust haened. The ambulances arrived faster than normalbecause there had been a rodeo downtown. This contributed to my not bleeding todeath. As I am loaded u, I hear the aramedics saying that they have one of us dead onsite and e4ecting me to be dead on arrival. Jee in mind, instead of the word dead heused number codes, but I clearly got the gist. 5y immediate reaction to riding with thisain was to be with it. ?eally feel it, all the while giving than3s to those to have sufferedand sacrificed for the betterment of others, having as a strong focus the story of %hristand those in my life who had ut aside immediate gratification so that my life could bebetter... This resulted in N to K hours of +ust being with it all, antingli3e a dying dog on the side of a slow country road. /uring this time I had to movearound in order to ta3e 4rays and scans all cut u from head to toe with a fracturedelvis. This was made easier with the suort of the nurses. At one oint, they told methat a doctor was coming in to ut his hand inside of my gaing wound to feel aroundand see if my internal organs are rutured. ?emember, ICm feeling -=-?GTHI#;. I immediately resond withone of those war wailing cries as I turn over, and than3fully, no internal rutures orbleeding. 5y fianc7 arrived two hours after receiving the call from three hours away."efore she comes in the room, some of her friends who were already there made it aoint to as3 the nurses if they could wie u some of the blood before she came into theroom. They started wiing the floor, walls, and machines that had been blessed with my

life blood. /uring the rocess, I remained light. I remember a nurse trying to find, unsuccessfully, a lace to in+ect a local anesthetic in order to ut a stitch in my eyelid. Ibegan to laugh and said, @%onsidering what ICd been through, I can handle it. We9ll call itmy uerman stitch. About a month later, I started to become angry at the erson whohit us. I channeled this into a wor3 out regime which at the time was otimal and evenhealthy, but would not remain so. After being mad and bul3ing u, I began to channelmy anger in visions of revenge. I went so far as to finding the address of the maninvolved in the hitandrun. It then got to a oint to where I was seeing myself 3ic3ingoen his door with a sawedoff shotgun wanting to imose my will and cast my

+udgment in ways that I can leave to your own oetic imaginings. This immediatelystimulated me to sto and consider how I really felt, and feel, about this erson... A waveof nconditional Love came to the surface from the deths of my own being, revealingmy love not only for this erson, but for any and all eole... After this, I understood thatbeing honest and e4eriencing Hate is a %atalyst for a deeer, more rofound Love. Anintense redefinition occurred. Hate is not bad, nor does it oose love8 it can be used tostimulate a sectrum of action, but more than anything else, it is always a %atalyst forthe realiation and e4erience of a deeer Personal -4anded Love. I then began toredefine any challenging e4erience as a %atalyst for more Love.

Around three years later, I got a call early in the morning from my family bac3 homeletting me 3now that my mother in a hitandrun accident, was on life suort and note4ected to last much longer. There is a common fallacy that one has to study mathematics for years toareciate it. ome even thin3 that most eole have an innate learningdisability when it comes to math. And nobody issurrised that these sohisticated ideas are art of our culture, our collectiveconsciousness. with and aligned to the #atural Autonomous -4ansion of the niverse. As Human "eings we are caable of 5athematical nderstanding which is beyond andessential to calculation, measurement and ercetion8 and can be summed u as the rocess offocusing on and acceting whatever rules, descritions, laws, calculations and definitions youhave in front of you8 and thenyou will tangibly be able to see how to go beyond and transcendthose very same rules or constraintsF This is the most basic rincile in 5athematics and is3nown as ;OdelCs Incomleteness Theorem and can be understood as what the Process of doing5athematics is, namely the 5indfulness that emerges from a atient focus on somethingsecific and the encountering of one9s self, one9s own rich inner universe8 all resulting in the

ta3ing of what you already have and the 3nowing of what you already 3now to obtain anenhanced niversal nderstanding.

We now 3now why this ta3es lace. We have recently discovered a new hysical force ofIntelligence that better defines what entroy is in our niverse. There is an autonomous forcethat emerges from revious control and constrains to ma4imie future freedoms of action,3eeing otions oen while actively resisting the control and constraint that gave rise to thee4ansionF

The -volution of !rganic matter functions in the same way while e4anding on the function of

This is the e4ansionof Physical Intelligence within the system of !rganic Life, "iological -mathyF

"iological -mathy can also be understood as our designed roensity to connect eseciallywith other human beings as described by /arwin. When two human beings interact theyregulate and change each otherCs "iological 'unctioning. This is well understood in both5odern 5edicine and ocial cience ?esearch and can be better understood by anyone who

loo3s at !timal Psychoneuroimmunology, #eurogenesis, #eurolasticity, -igenetics, Limbic?esonance, Psychodynamics and Human 5otivation. This micromoment of"iological Love sets off all of this otimal hysiological functioning and can be a 3ey eace in ama+or ersonality change for the better even years later.

We can increase our belief that everyone is caable of 5athematical nderstanding, PhysicalIntelligence and "iological -mathy. Its starts with you believing that you are a 5athematician,Physicist and a "iologist simly because you e4istF And that the niverse itself, through"iological -volution is actively suorting the e4ansion of this actualiation.
