Building Approval Includes soil test, engineering, energy report, certification costs, plumbing application, Building Application drawings.
Services & When your modules(s) are nearly ready for delivery our Footings team of licensed builders arrives onsite to install water, electricity and sewerage services and footings.
Insurance Your modules are fully insured against damage or destruction throughout construction in our factory, during transportation to site and assembly. Until project completion
Warranty 6 year structural & water damage warranty. 6 month maintenance warranty following installation. All onsite construction is covered by QBCC home warranty insurance
Module Roof 2mm corrugated Cor-Ten steel roofsheet on mild steel RHS roof frame. Dulux Acratex roof membrane. Fully welded steel roof membrane & zincalume gutter system. Developed with no penetrations to eliminate risk of leaks in the event of gutter overflow or downpipe blockage.
Frame Welded steel RHS chassis which can be concealed or expressed as an arichtectural feature. Fully galvanised steel joists modules can cantilever up to 6m and stack over 10 storeys
Connections Blok developed connection points allow modules to be craned in and installed into any configuration by local builders with no specialised training within 1 day anywhere in Australia

Feature Batten 42 x 19mm dressed pine battens with 42mm spacing. Cladding Finished in water based UV resistant clear coat
Covered Decks Modular decks available in a range of sizes, feature 140 x 22mm wide-board pine decking(hardened optional) deck frames are constructed with mitred 150mm PFC frames + welded galvanised steel joists. Cantilevered deck roofs eliminate the need for posts. There is a range of colorbond roof profiles and ceiling claddings available.
