Sambatadawul Brokerage Accounts

1. The maximum commission for trading in listed shares , Tradeable Rights, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Real Estate Traded Funds (REITs) is (0.00155) of the transaction value.

2. The maximum commission for trading in Sukuk, Bonds is (0.00105) of the transaction value from both seller and buyer until the 31/12/2021. With the exception to cases in which the buyer or seller is an appointed Primary Dealer, Unless Samba Capital is instructed otherwise by the CMA, Tadawul and Edaa, then starting from 1/1/2022 then the deserved commission in trading with Sukuk and bonds will be (0, 0011) from both buyers and sellers.

3. Custody fees of (0,00004) per annual to be calculated and charged on monthly basis of the face value for bonds and Sukuk available in client investment account, however Samba Capital will be charging and collecting custody fees in monthly basis in any way that suits it.

4. All commissions as a result of trading in securities, Sukuk, bonds, tradable-rights, Exchange tradable Funds (ETFs), & Real estate Traded Funds (REITs) and Tadawul safekeeping fees are subject to 5 % VAT & will be applicable on all fees and commissions charged (excluding CMA’s portion of the commission).
