What is Bullying?• Bullying is being mean to another kid

over and over again. It affects everyone—kids who are bullied, kids who bully, and kids who see it.

Why do kids bully?

• There are many reasons why kids are bullies.

• Problems at home

• They have been bullied in the past

• No matter what the reason is, there is not an excuse for bullying!

What do you do if you are being bullied?

• TELL SOMEONE!• Let an adult know what is going on.• Talk to a teacher, parent, or school

counselor.• Not saying something about the

problem can make it worse.• Speak up for yourself.
