Fushion is a documentary film about haute cuisine where we will get into the world’s most renowned chefs, to show the audience an exciting gastronomic universe. The core idea of the film is how two opposite ways of understanding cuisine, certified by three Michelin stars, can have some common ground.These opposite ways are embodied by the young Eneko Atxa (37), portraying vanguard, and by the elderly Jiro Ono (90), portraying tradition.
