1. Assemble pole by connecting theattached sections together. Do NOTtwist the pole sections onceassembled as this can jam themtogether.
5. To display the second graphic,on a twin, stand facing the pole andpull out the second graphic from thebase.
4. W hen the graphic and pole are fully extendedand in an upright position, place the bottom ofthe pole in the centre hole of the base. Makesure it goes all the way down to the bottom ofthe hole. Then remove your foot from the baseand wipe it clean please.Alternatively, you can fit the pole into the basefirst, then use it to lean the stand towards youas you raise the banner and lift the rail to thetop of the pole. Both techniques can be used by people of anyheight.
2. Pull out graphic from the base andattach the rail to the top of the pole.Always be careful when raising orlowering a banner that you do notscrape the banner edge against thestand end-plates. Simply keep thebanner away from the end-plates toavoid this by guiding it centrally.
3. Place foot on base for stability andwhile holding the pole firmly, pushthe pole and graphic upwards. All of our retractable
banner stands work inthe same way.
6. Lean the unit towards you andattach the rail into the top of thepole. Hold the bannersthemselves to raise the stand intoan upright position.
If your stand has swing-out feet, they should not be swung-outuntil the banner(s) is up, as theywill otherwise prevent you fromleaning the stand towards you.
Always be careful when raising orlowering a banner that you do notscrape the banner edge againstthe stand end-plates. Simplykeep the banner away from theend-plates to avoid this byguiding it centrally.
Always keep hold of the rail until it is rmly attached to the pole, as the banner is under constant tension from the motor.
