CONCLUSIONS
Various stakeholders are potentially concerned by EMOS and “key stakeholders” can be identified
EMOS cannot meet the expectations of all stakeholders and therefore priorities must be defined
Some synergies and interactions can be created to elaborate a win-win strategy for EMOS
Some potential conflicts/constraints can already be identified and should be kept in mind
This analysis is a very good basis to identify the members of the EMOS community
The roadmap for EMOS is based on this analysis
