1994 Certification acc. to DIN ISO 9002. Founding of Böllinghaus Malaysia Berhard BHD, Kuala Lumpur

1995 Increase of annual capacity by 10 – 15%

1996 Purchase of a rolling mill in Portugal and founding of Böllinghaus Portugal Aços Especiais Lda., Vieira
