Welcome to Ringrose! Dear Parents and Caregivers, Welcome to 2020 at Ringrose Public School. We are looking forward to a wonderful year in Stage One, where we will be doing some exciting learning with the students. Stage Requirements A Stage 1 requirements list has been sent out to all families. It would be beneficial for all students to ensure that they have everything required on the list. This will assist students with organisation in the classroom as well as ensure they are able to start their work promptly therefore maximising all learning opportunities in the classroom. If you are unsure about any of the listed requirements please see your child’s classroom teacher. Homework Homework for Stage One will start in Week 4. Students will be receiving homework on a weekly basis. Homework will be handed out every Monday and due back to school on Friday. The students will be expected to read at least 10 minutes each night and complete the must do activities by the due date. It will be up to individual students to select the optional activities if they choose to do so. You may also choose to opt out of homework. A note will be sent out shortly with this as an option
