STAGE 2 Please check in at the side of your appropriate stage one hour before your

show. This is to ensure plenty of time to unload gear and getting it ready to set up. Bands only have 15 min to complete a full set change. We will try to help as much as we can, but our volunteers will be spread thin, so be ready for a quick change.

Because this is an outside venue, rain could be an issue. We will contact all bands that morning of inclement weather and cancellation. If it is to rain, due to ETSU policy, we cannot pay bands unless they performed. This is not our policy but the Universities.
