SEAL ALL GAPS AND JOINTS USING DOW CORNING

732 SEALANT/ADHESIVE. STRAP TOGETHER AROUND

OUTSIDE USING TEMPORARY RATCHET LASHING

WHILST DOW CORNING 732 CURES.

STEP 2

REMOVE ANY EXCESS CURED DOW CORNING 732.

CLEAN ABRADE AND PRIME PU INSERT SURFACES.

REMOVE TEMPORARY RATCHET LASHING.

ASSEMBLE MOULD TOOL ON TO SPACERS.

CENTRE BOTTOM FILL PORT MAY BE CONNECTED

WITH A HOSE TO BE USED AS A MANOMETER TO

GAUGE FILL LEVEL OF FIRST LIFT.

STEP 3

COMPLETE MOULDING OPERATION.

DEMOULD LEAVING SACRIFICIAL TOOL MOUNTING

SPACERS IN PLACE.

FINISHED MOULDING DIMENSIONS AS SHOWN.

NOTE: JOINT LENGTH MAY VARY DEPENDENT

ON LOCAL REQUIREMENTS.
