People move in slow motion towards a person they spy at a distance, when suddenly, as they get closer, they realize they are mistaken, and then pretend to greet another person.

SHARE & ACTIVITY – This Is My Life

Purpose: Learn personal backgrounds in a fun setting

Participants: Table Group

Materials needed: Decks of cards — picture cards only

Instructions: Face cards represent different stages of life; Jack is childhood Queen is teen yearsKing is young adult Ace is nowAs each person draws a card, they must tell one short story about the period of their life that corresponds to the card.

Master Schedule

300 minutes of planning during the instructional day

60 minutes for a team meeting 30 minutes before school one day a week for the

second team meeting Two 70 minute planning blocks each week 40 or 60 minutes of planning the other days Additional 20 minutes of planning provided by the

librarian, SBTS, AAP teacher, or counselors Every grade gets a 20 minute recess
