What Do We Do• Purpose

– Ensure homeowners adhering to Covenants

• Perform Architectural Committee Tasks– Review plan for pools, decks, screened in

porches and so forth– Architectural Approval accompanies all

submittals Competitively bid projects for subdivision

• Subdivision Maintenance

• Event Planning/Coordination

What We Don’t Do• Police the subdivision

– For City Ordinance Violations• Economic Development – 636.949.3222

• Other examples of things we don’t do• Barking dogs, speeding, lawn jobs, dispute with

neighbors
