Problem /Description

There were found joint weld on panel tray & down-comer during inspection at shop because VP drawing not specified.

Cause & Reason

The revision drawing as per SET approved is not required joint weld but actual condition have joint weld. Vendor did not inform when joint weld on panel tray & down-comer is required.Vendor started fabrication by not update drawing & resubmit to approval.

Action / Treatment

Request Vendor to issue nonconformance report (NCR)
