Focus on enhancing the quality of feedback from teacher to pupil and pupil response to such feedback. Feedback focused on subject specific quality indicators set by Departments. Feedback to all staff. Expanded programme Pupils and Departments identified the characteristics of a good lesson using GTCNI criteria. St. Marys Christian Brothers Grammar School Twenty volunteers signed up (no SLT) Training of teachers on giving effective feedback. Teachers identified areas they wished to develop. Teachers paired. Cover provided to allow teachers to observe one another and provide feedback. Teachers share feedback and new areas for development agreed. Process rerun. Best practice shared with all staff.
