the table under the stain glass window by the restrooms in the
gathering area. Pick one up when you come to Mass and return
the receiver when Mass is over.

“St. Mary” Annual Picnic: On July 17, I spoke with Pat Gress, Chair-
person of Parish Council, and after our discussion, I have confirmed
this decision, that we will not have our annual church picnic this year,
due to the virus (Covid 19). A “pause” needs to happen this year due
to the virus. I have worried and prayed hard about what to do; after
recently being told that Holy Family and Precious Blood have can-
celled their annual picnic, I feel it is in the interest of everybody, our-
selves included, to do the same. So, this year, we at St. Mary will not
have the picnic and we shall plan to gather again for the annual picnic
in 2021. Perhaps in the upcoming year, we could plan for several
other smaller events? Yes, this is a big financial loss to the parish,
but the health of everyone is much more important. July 28 Parish
Council/Finance Council meeting, your input/discussion will be
welcomed. Continued good health to everyone, in Jesus’ name we
pray. Thanks to everyone and above all, we pray for good health for
everyone! “Fr. Effie”

of a seasoned turkey tender sandwich, Saints chips, cup of cheese
and a drink all for $10. This will be drive thru only!
