• Design a Coaching Development Plan

• Use the FUEL framework to engage in effective and efficient coaching conversations

• Learn how to improve the performance, engagement, and capabilities of others

• Acquire skills to accelerate business outcomes

• Analyze results from The Extraordinary Coach Attributes and Perspectives Assessment

• Practice and receive feedback around how to hold a coaching conversation

KEYNOTE LUNCH SPEECH: CREATING A COACHING CULTUREZenger Folkman research will be shared that shows the impact coaching makes on employee engagement and why it makes sense to create work environments which promote employee growth and development. We will explore the four critical roles within organizations that contribute to building and sustaining a positive coaching culture. Finally, attendees will understand the differentiators that distinguish organizations that try from those that succeed in building sustainable coaching cultures.

THE EXTRAODINARY COACH FACILITATOR CERTIFICATION*Master Facilitator and Vice President of Delivery Services, Joyce Palevitz, will lead the certification workshop.

During our NEW, streamlined Extraordinary Coach Facilitator Certification Workshop, candidates will:

• Strengthen their content knowledge about the coaching workshop and FUEL model

• Take a deeper dive into the Coaching Attributes and Perspectives Self-Assessment

• Familiarize themselves with the mechanics of activities, exercises, and debriefs

• Lead participants in the creation of their coaching development plans

*Prerequisite: Participants must have attended The Extraordinary Coach Workshop.
