St. Louis Parish - Marian Year Prayer
Loving Mother of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior
of the World, we your children, the members of St.
Louis Parish, come before you seeking your
intercession as we honor you this year and as we
prepare to consecrate our parish to you and your
motherly care.
We ask you to intercede with God our Almighty
Father to look upon us with mercy and to forgive
our many sins against Him and our neighbors.
We ask you to intercede with your Most Holy Son to
fill us with a spirit of repentance and reconciliation
so that we may be ready to consecrate our parish
to you in purity of spirit.
We ask you to intercede with the Holy Spirit of God
to purify and sanctify us as He purified and
sanctified you throughout your entire life on earth
from your holy and immaculate conception through
your most glorious assumption into heaven.
Finally, Most Holy Mother of God, we ask for your
motherly love and care in our lives and in our
parish, that we may consecrate ourselves to you.
Amen.

Sacrament Day On Saturday, January 18, 2020, the 2nd Grade First Communicants and the 8th
Grade Confirmation students from St. Louis parish buddied up to learn more about
each other but more importantly more about Jesus. The buddy pairs had a
treasure hunt in Church, learned about the items used during Mass, and found
that it REALLY is Jesus in the Eucharist! Please keep them in your prayers as they
continue to prepare to receive these sacraments.
Many thanks to all the volunteers who donated their time, treasure and talent to
make the day a success!

“Prayer: The World’s Best Wireless Connection” Join us for a Mission with Fr. Vincent Peterson at St. Mary Parish in Greensburg,
February 23rd-25th, 7:00pm each evening. The season of Lent invites us into an
ever deepening relationship with God. Prayer is communication—and it is mutual—
it goes both ways. God desires us to maintain good connections. He continues to
invite us to knock, seek and find as well as to listen, respond and put into action.
