Construction personnel enjoy a great view each day of Botany Bay. Pictured is the jumpform (a special type of formwork for building vertical concrete structures that rises with the building process) for stair core 2 which connects into one of the existing fire stairs from the Emergency Department.

The new ASB will offer the Respiratory Unit a new pod configuration which will offer greater flexibility in patient care but also require different approaches to staffing, technology and sharing of resources, for example.
