Which means more timedoing fishing activities and less time riding. A short ride offshore St. Croix,there are billfish ready to take the bait near Lang Bank. May toNovember-ish, this is where the water runs cool and deep and the oceancurrents carry "food" for the bigger fish. November through March-is, mahi-mahi, wahoo and tuna which have an attraction for the deepdrops. If deeper water isn't your thing inshore fishing activities will beyour spot for kingfish, mackerel, bonefish, tarpon, amberjack, grouperand snappers.
