Dr.Sierralovedhisfamilyandfriends,hischurch,theSt.LouisCardinalsandFoxNews.Heenjoyedgolfing,playingbridge,fishing,history,travelingandlifeingeneral.Hewasveryproudofhischildrenandobtainedgreatprideandjoyinsupportingtheir

educationalachievementsandvariousaccomplishments.HewasinvolvedinhiscommunitythroughouthislifeandwasamemberofBlessedSacramentChurch,theSerraClub,TheRotaryClubofSt.ClairCounty(West),IllinoisStateMedicalSociety,St.ClairCountyMedicalSociety,theSalvationArmy,SignalHillNeighborhoodAssociationandaboarddirectoroflocalbanks.HewasanEmeritusFellowoftheCollegeofAmericanPathologists.
