School Summer Update
We hope everyone is enjoying the summer months with time for fun and relaxation. It is much quieter in the school

been hard at work cleaning the rooms and hallways, washing windows, waxing floors, and cleaning carpets. Books and
materials have been ordered and received. Handbooks and forms are being updated and prepared for distribution
Everything will be ready for our students by the first day of school.

ments, as needed. Applicants should have current Illinois certification. An endorsement in PE is a plus, but is not re-
quired. Resumes and inquiries may be sent to Sue Kelley, Principal, St. Dominic School, 4100 Columbus Rd.,
Quincy, IL 62305 or by email to: [email protected].

as we proclaim that “I am fearfully and wonderfully made!” Each evening will include crafts and snacks,
teaching and fun, all centered on this biblical theme. Registrations will be taken soon. Adults who would
like to help in any way should call Bonnie at the parish office (217) 222-5996.

JULY GROCERY ITEMS
Canned Vegetables except Green Beans
Ladies of Charity & Catholic Charities
Thank you!
Parish and School Keys: The parish and school
office frequently ‘loan’ out keys to the buildings
for events that take place on our grounds. Nor-
mal procedure is that these keys are signed
out of the office, but sometimes this doesn’t always hap-
pen. Besides the security risk and the eventual, expen-
sive need to re-key if we cannot account for our keys, we
are presently without extra keys to loan out in the parish
office. If you are holding one of those keys, please return
it in the collection, in the locked mailbox for the rectory,
or at the parish office.
