Features:TLS-YxxII series automatic spring testing machine is our newly designed spring testing equipment. It is using frequency
conversion technique to change the testing speed. Realize the high speed approaching testing point and low speed testing process, so that it ensures the accuracy and efficiency of test. The machine can make 9 point tests on the same spring with different testing speed, and auto return the crosshead after each test. And the digital control box can store 8 files in 4 different modes.
The machine also realize peak value keep, overload protection and any-point zeroing, intensity calculation etc. the user can track or print the test result after tests. It is very suitable for spring tests for all different purpose.

Main Features:The load measurement of this tester is digitally displayed, which avoids the
reading error of human eyes. The displacement measurement is indicated by staff gauge and vernier, which gets rid of the displacement caused by the deformation of load cell, and therefore the measured displacement is more accurate. Main Features:
TLS-S I series of spring tension & compression testing machine adopts integrated circuit and micro-computer to test the 2 parameters of displacement and load and to digitally display their values, as well as printing out the testing results.
Hand loaded, the machine can pre-set the upper & lower limit load of 4 test points and auto judge the qualification of the 4 test points. It can also auto-revise displacement of load cell.
Generally, the machine has functions of peak value holding, overload protection, zero clearing at any test point, stiffness calculation, data retrieval, etc. It is suitable for testing of various precision extension and compression springs and intensity measuring of brittle materials.

Main Features: The software consists of function modules such as speed control, parameter input, data
processing, result observation, record retrieval, chart display & print, data storage, etc.

Application and features:Model TLS-YQ10I testing machines use pneumatic loading
mode and have quick loading speed. There are preload position and test position: At pre-load position, there is no load value indication, and it is only for the pre-compression of spring. Pre-compress once to the max load condition; At the test position, Red and Green light are used to show the qualification of spring. Both cylinders work synchronously. The test space, cylinder travel and operating speed are all adjustable.
It is most suitable for quick test of large quantity of springs.
Application and features:Model TLS-YQ10 testing machines use pneumatic loading mode and is
mainly applicable for the compression test of springs. Test force is measured with load cell. Upper and lower limit of test loads at deferent points may be pre-set and Red and Green lights are used to show the test results. Displacement is measured with displacement with displacement transducer, which has the function of storage while power is off. The cylinder travel and operating speed are adjustable. The stop position is accurate and is easy to adjust.
It is most suitable for quick test of large quantity of springs.

Main Applications:The tester is PLC controlled
and hydraulic loaded, and uses high precision transducer to measure the load and displacement. The test space is adjustable as per demand. The operat ion platform is automatic and therefore the work piece is convenient to be mounted. Computer displays the test load, deformation and characteristics curve of springs and the auto-process ing software is adopted to collect data and process the data automatically. It is mainly used for testing big sized springs.
