Reddy Hartadji, CEO o the Bahama Group is the
driving orce behind Sentosa Residence Jakarta.
As one o Indonesias leading entrepreneurs and
property developers he has identiied the Cempaka
Putih area o Jakarta as one o the most strategic
and prestigious locations or his latest venture.
He is a partner in the award winning Sea Sentosa
development in Bali, which has provided world-class
proessionals and local developers the opportunity
to collaborate to create a masterpiece o exceptional
luxury resort living. He is now bringing this knowledge
and experience to the very heart o Indonesia with
Sentosa Residence Jakarta.
IAN DUFFELL
Ian Duell is CEO o Sentosa Worldwide Resorts. He
initially worked in the UK as a Marketing Executive
or Sony Corporation with the responsibility or
launching products such as the Walkman and
Compact Disc. He was then appointed as Managing
Director o HMV, opening the worlds largest music
store in 1987. In the same year he became CEO
o the Virgin Entertainment Group heading up the
companys expansion into the Asia- Paciic region. In
1992 he relocated to the USA opening more than 20
Virgin Megastores in a six year period and now this
wealth o international experience is being applied
to Sentosa Residence Jakarta.
